Petites Pièces de Poche : grandeur nature is the second part of a diptych that places the spectator at the heart of a profound experience involving the body and light. In an denuded performance space, open and shared, all of the elements—gesture, video, light play and live music—fuse to reveal a world of unusual and shifting perceptions. In contrast to an open-ended work, these choreographic capsules chart a specific course for the audience, with beams of light showing the way. Different points of view thus reveal a dance of the senses—a dance made of light and shadow.

Impossible to settle on an easy reading of this work as it unfolds before us. All of our senses are engaged, on high alert.
