FUNHOUSE brings performance art into dialogue with sound and visual art. The project takes the form of a modular environment that sits between live performance, exhibition, and social space, extending across physical and digital spaces. The use of live broadcasting is explored as a way of translating the condition of continuous visibility into the structure of the performance, allowing what occurs in the room to circulate simultaneously beyond it. The work draws from the logic of online space, where distance does not necessarily limit access and presence can be continuously transmitted.
Through this structure, FUNHOUSE examines how mediation alters the conditions of witnessing, and being witnessed.

About the artist
PAX is a choreographer, performer, and curator emerging from the hip-hop and street dance community. A prominent figure on both the local and international hip-hop scene, she has performed and presented her work on platforms including the FTA, the V&A Museum, and Sadler’s Wells. Her multidisciplinary practice brings movement rooted in improvisation into dialogue with visual arts, film, and digital media. She is the founder of A.MUSE, an interdisciplinary dance company, and HYBRID(X), an exhibition exploring the intersection of street dance and digital art.
In 2025, her artistic research extended internationally through residencies at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris, supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ), and at K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg, through an exchange initiative with CCOV. In 2026, she premieres CHŌRA at the SAT, co-created with Lunice and Neurotypique, marking the first performance art project rooted in street dance to inhabit the Satosphère.
